Subject: Missing Free Images
Comments: Last time I entered into this homepage there was heaps of free images such a the spouting horn and the big sunset, etc. WHERE HAVE THEY GONE?

Reply: A rush on a new product necessitated that I update the site before it was actually completed. The free images will be up again within a week or two, and will be of much higher quality than our original samples. They will be located with the videos from which they are taken. Most will be found on our new Dreams of Hawaii page. Thanks for your interest, and your patience... :) - Tim

Subject: Your 800 Number
Comments: Your 1-800 number does not seem to work from Canada. I was trying to order a number of video tapes but did not want to put my credit card on the net unless it is protected. Could you confirm whether the 1-800 works for Canada or do you have a direct number?

Reply: As you correctly noticed, our 800 number does not work outside the United States. I have added our direct number (808-822-4842) to the order form and if you'd like to leave a message after hours you can leave it on our answering service.
